MPP views explained
Each project view answers a different scheduling question using the same underlying MPP data.
Gantt Chart
Combines a task table with a time-scaled chart. Use it to understand dates, duration, progress, milestones, summary phases and task relationships.
Task Sheet
Shows detailed task fields in a table, including WBS level, start, finish, duration, completion, predecessors, resources and critical status.
Task Usage
Groups assigned resources beneath tasks and shows how work is distributed across time periods.
Resource Sheet
Lists the people, roles or equipment assigned to the project and helps reveal where each resource is used.
Network Diagram
Displays tasks as connected nodes. It is useful for following predecessor relationships and understanding the logical flow of the schedule.
Calendar
Places tasks and milestones into a familiar month layout. It is useful for reviewing what starts, finishes or continues during a particular week.
